Erica A. McIntyre proudly received her B.A. in Speech Communications and Theatre (2005) and M.A.Ed. in Exercise Science (2007) from the illustrious Tennessee State University. She currently works with the American Heart Association as a Director of Community Impact and has held this position since 2019. As a champion for health equity, in this role, she serves to drive policies, systems, and environmental changes to improve blood pressure, increase nutrition security, and prevent and control tobacco and e-cigarette use to advance cardiovascular health for all in the Greater Washington Region.
